In addition to the curing process by means of water, steam and the ambient temperature, we are introducing new capabilities with the process of light curing – for even more efficiency! With its four different curing methods – water, steam, ambient temperature and light – BRAWOLINER® offers its customers and users the maximum range of options, allowing each application scenario to be dealt with individually.


Relining has for many years been using old fashion and traditional methods to renovate old and broken sewer systems. Peanta Inventions AB believed that it could be done faster, better and in the end, more cost efficient. That’s why the Swedish company developed the new UV-curing liner system, a revolution on the market that will have great impact on your way of working.

New addition to the BRAWOLINER®-Portfolio: Fast and cost-effective curing with light


With intense UV-light and innovative cooling technique, our light-head ensures fully cured liners, every time. The slim body  design and compact light-unit, enables the head to pass through the otherwise impossible, 90 degree bends. With a camera and LED on the top of the head, you can easily inspect your installation right before curing, without the need of a separate  inspection unit. This eliminates back jobs due to curing of collapsed liners.

Pull System

The UVRelining pulling unit is designed to both push, and pull. Powerful and high end engines, makes sure your curing process is reliable and stable, throughout the whole process. With our system, you will not need to loose pressure when  installing the light-head, risking the liner to wrinkle, fold or have other imperfections.

Control unit

The user-friendly interface of the UVRelining control unit, contains all the information needed to have full control of the  process. Liner, chemistry, speed, pressure, video-feed etc, it is all there for easy overview and documentation. The whole process is automatically recorded and stored for quality control purposes, on USB drive or memory card. Now you can deliver a full project report for the end use, straight after installation.

BRAWO® HotBox Renovate quickly and easily

Curing of the BRAWO® Resin with hot waterThe BRAWO® HotBox is a diesel-powered continuous heater specially designed for domestic sewer renovation. Thanks to the high heating output, up to 1000 litres of water can be heated per hour. The mobile unit can be easily transported and can be operated outdoors close to the renovation site.

During the hot cure process, the BRAWO® HotBox/HotBox L is connected to the inversion drum and warm water is then passed into the liner. Once the curing water is at the correct temperature a special pump, designed for use with hot water, is used to re-circulate the water through the liner and the circulation pump.

BRAWO® HotBox L Supplies hot water reliably and efficiently

Supplies hot water reliably, efficiently and at three times the usual rate. When it comes to hot-water curing, the BRAWO® HotBox L is a highly efficient heating device. A throughput rate of more than 2.800 litres of water per hour makes the BRAWO® HotBox L the most powerful device of its type for hot-water curing. The BRAWO® HotBox L has been specially designed for long repair sections and larger diameters.

BRAWO® SteamUnit Full steam rehabilitation!

In sewer rehabilitation steam curing has also established itself alongside curing of the resinsoaked liners with warm water. In particular during the rehabilitation of downpipes, where curing with water is only possible with short pipe sections with approx. 4 metres height difference, steam curing has clear advantages.

With the BRAWO® SteamUnit we offers a comparably compact but efficient steam generator. With a heat output of 56 KW the diesel-fired device produces a steam quantity of 50 kg per hour. Thus the curing of longer piping sections in buildings or buried pipes is possible. Thanks to the compact dimensions the steam generator can be accommodated in the BRAWO®Trailer and can if required be positioned directly on site.

BRAWO® SteamBox L For the rehabilitation of down pipes and pipe unions

Steam curing for Liner and connection collars

Until now, the rehabilitation of down pipes or pipes with high gradient was possible only in cold curing. BRAWOLINER® offers a mobile solution for accelerating the curing process.


The BRAWO® SteamBox L was developed specifically for in-house rehabilitation. The two electric heaters, each with 1500 W power and the 9 litre boiler, which can be refilled during operation ensures fast and continuous steam generation. In this manner, a large amount of steam can be produced for a longer period. Due to the excellent heat conductivity of the steam, curing of the resin is initiated very quickly. Thanks to the integrated pressure and vacuum control, the BRAWO® SteamBox L is ideal for the installation of connection collars.
